Put the servers.ini file in the Program Files/mIRC/defaults folder


Goto mIRC Options (ALT+O) -> Connect -> Options


Click the Retry... Button

Set the following values:
1. If not connected in: 10 seconds
2. Retry connection: 9999 time(s)
3. Retry delay: 1 secs
4. Check Try next Server in group.
